Alpine enjoyment at the Sticklerhütte
Our Andi and his team prepare home-cooked meals for you using regional ingredients. Whether it’s the organic beef and organic eggs from our farmer Grain up in the alpine pastures, the homemade cheese from the Stickler farm, the honey from our farmer Steinle, or the organic herbs, organic oils and other exquisite ingredients, all lovingly sourced. The value chain is what matters most to Andreas. Ready-made products don’t make it into his kitchen. So even if the menu features simple ingredients, the flavour is still exquisite.
You can relax on the terrace with cool drinks and homemade pastries ‘whichever takes Andi’s fancy’. The picturesque setting makes for a much more enjoyable snack, and schnapps tastes good wherever you are anyway.
